While I love to write, finishing my debut novel has sometimes felt like a chore. And there were days I felt like I would never be able to complete it. Enter my support group to nag and encourage me. A dear friend, and one of my biggest cheerleaders, presented me with this mug when I was going through the not-so-much-fun process of editing my manuscript for what I knew would not be the last time. It sits on my work station and both the inscription and the beverage inside keep me going.
